EDWARD JEAN STEICHEN (1879-1973) SIGNED CARD, “Edward Steichen, 1969”, 5 x 3, by the Luxembourgish-American photographer, painter, and curator, renowned as one of the most prolific and influential figures in the history of photography. His career, especially his activities at the Museum of Modern Art did much to popularize and promote the medium, and both before and since his death photography, including his own, continued to appreciate as a collectible art form. The large, bold signature is in fine condition. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
