 Roy Owen West (1868-1958) Signed Printed Card, "Roy O. West", 3½x2. Printed text: "Autograph of the Secretary of the Interior", by the former City Attorney of Chicago and Secretary of the Republican National Committee, was Secretary of the Interior under President Coolidge (1928-1929). During World War II, he was a federal hearing officer for conscientious objector claimants. The Roy O. West Library at DePauw University was named for him. Fine condition.
