President Roosevelt, who was often referred to by his initials FDR, was an American politician and attorney. He served as the 32nd president of the United States from 1933 until his death in 1945. This stunning water color image was originally sold in the 1930’s as a limited edition for a political party fund raiser and it is boldly hand-signed by the president and is in fine condition.
