CHAMBERLAIN, OWEN SIGNED ENSEMBLE, 1959 NOBLE PRIZE IN PHYSICS

Owen Chamberlain (1920-2006) Signed Ensemble, "Owen Chamberlain", black ink, 3.75 x 2.5, on "University of California" slip, enclosed in a protective cellophane envelope and mounted on an original collector's display sheet, 8.5 x 10, with a short biographical note printed at the top, by the American physicist, and 1959 Nobel laureate in physics for his discovery, with collaborator Emilio Segrè, of the antiproton, a sub-atomic antiparticle. This attractive, signed collector's ensemble is in fine condition, with a separation line at top of slip, not affecting the signature.
