LILY PONS SIGNED PHOTO, "To Robert McNabney, cordially, Lily Pons", 3.5 x 5, b/w, blue ink, of French-American operatic soprano in costume at the Metropolitan Opera.  Thin striation lines and two light creases, otherwise in fine condition.

Lily Pons (1898-1976) specialized in the coloratura soprano repertoire. In addition to appearing as a guest artist with many opera houses internationally, Pons enjoyed a long association with the Metropolitan Opera in New York City where she performed nearly 300 times from 1931-1960. She also made musical films for RKO Pictures.
