AN EXTREMELY RARE AND HIGHLY SOUGHT-AFTER INK SIGNATURE OF JAMES JOYCE

James Augustine Aloysius Joyce (1882-1941) Extremely Rare Signed Slip, "Sincerely Yours, James Joyce", black ink, 3.5 x 2, by the Irish novelist, short story writer, poet, teacher, and literary critic. He contributed to the modernist avant-garde movement and is regarded as one of the most influential and important writers of the 20th century. Comes with a photo lithograph of the 1935 oil portrait of Joyce by Jacques-Emile Blanche and a wonderful 7.5 x 10.5, black/white, Christies's auction catalog photo. All three items are in fine condition with one vertical crease on the left side, not touching the signature.
