Humphrey", 8 x 10, B/W, close up portrait, by the American politician who served as the 38th vice president of the United States from 1965 to 1969 with Lyndon Johnson. He ran for the U.S. Presidency in 1968 with Edmund Muskie, but lost to Richard Nixon. He twice served in the United States Senate, representing Minnesota from 1949 to 1964 and 1971 to 1978. Comes with the original mailing envelope with his free frank signature. Both items in fine condition, with opening tears and crease to the envelope.
