EUGENE CONLEY SIGNED PHOTO, "To Robert McNabney, Cordially, Eugene Conley", 8 X 10, showing the operatic tenor in stage costume. A couple of minor bends and some rippling along the right edge otherwise in fine condition. 

Eugene Conley (1908-1981) made his Metropolitan Opera debut in 1950, in the title role of Faust, and appeared with the Met many times until 1956. He also appeared with the Opera-Comique in Paris, the Tatro alla Scala in Milan (opposite Maria Callas), and Covent Garden in London. Conley was artist-in-residence at the University of North Texas College of Music from 1960 until his retirement in 1978.
