PIERRE G. T. BEAUREGARD (1818-93) SIGNED SLIP, “G. T. Beauregard”, 3.25 x 1, attractively matted with glossy photo to an overall size of 9 x 12, boldly signed by the former Confederate Brigadier General, who on April 2, 1861 gave the order for firing on Fort Sumter, beginning the U. S. Civil War. In fine condition with a rough left edge slightly affecting the first letter of the bold signature.
