bark, 4 x 1.25, from the Lincoln farm near Charleston, IL
where Thomas and Sarah Bush Lincoln lived and died. They were the father and
stepmother to Abraham Lincoln. Tied to a tag with description reading: “It was at this home Abraham Lincoln went to
bid farewell to his step-mother just before leaving for the White House”,
which is in turn affixed to a 5.5 x 7 card. In fine condition.
